General recommendations

Before the treatment

Come early and take your time

Before starting a treatment, take plenty of time (20 – 30 minutes) to fully enjoy our relaxing Jacuzzi-type pool; this will relax your muscles, which will serve the integral therapeutic purpose of many treatments.

Take a quick shower

A quick shower directly before your massage or treatment has a relaxing effect and will remove any sand, salt, minerals, chemicals and/or other skin impurities that could clog pores by blending with oils and other treatment products.

Communicate with your therapist

Before your treatment you should tell your therapist which areas to focus on and which should be avoided.

Have a tea

Choose one of our relaxing teas and start to calm down. This will make your Spa experience even more effective.

Be honest about your health issues

Don’t race over the health information section of your Spa profile, instead using this as an opportunity to provide helpful information to your therapist. Allergies are obviously important and will matter in the selection of products to be used, but this information will also let your therapist know if you have some aches and pains or are under a lot of stress. A therapist takes all of this into consideration when designing your treatment options.

Treatment clothes policies

Unless otherwise specified in your treatment report, you should wear a bath robe and disposable Spa panty to your treatment. You will have a chance to undress and dress in privacy, (bath robes and disposable Spa panties will be at your disposal). During your treatment you will be wrapped in simple linen fabrics.

You should never be completely uncovered.

Relax

Close your eyes and let your thoughts flow free. Take a deep breath and let your tension dissolve with each breath.

Enjoy the moment, it belongs only to YOU.

General recommendations

During the treatment

Speak up

If you’re not comfortable with anything during your treatment, e.g. the pressure, the music, the temperature then it is important to ask the therapist to make an adjustment.

Don’t talk if you don’t feel like it

You can talk during the treatment or just stay quiet, it is your choice.

The therapist will follow your lead.

Avoid excessive sun exposure during the rest of the day.

Don’t rush off, take your time

There is no set time for you to leave.
